We want you to love your Flattered pieces, but if they aren't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure the protective film on the outsoles remains intact to qualify for a full refund.

Register Your Return

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original dust bags and shoe boxes, ensuring all tags are attached and the parcel is securely sealed.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your parcel at the nearest authorized collection point and keep your receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
